This job is instrumental in suggesting AV and IT engineering techniques, products and services and analyzing same as it relates to company goals and objectives in response to DMG sales objectives and promoting same to all divisions in the corporation. This position works directly with VP and Directors of Engineering, IT and Operations of all Business Units to develop proposals and quotations for the internal sales channel. This position is to handle ongoing relationships with division sales personnel in support of the “Deeper & Wider” corporate strategy. Knowledge of RF cable systems is also required. As a subject matter expert, you will help deliver training to both highly trained and non-technical audiences. You will architect and manage many technical aspects, create, define, and publish specifications and “Best Practices,” and troubleshoot to identify complex system issues relative to IPTV systems. This role will often find candidate onsite at a client’s location and will encompass customer issues involving IPTV systems, Digital Signage solutions and related audio equipment.Īs an IPTV Network Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting cutting-edge IPTV streaming solutions integrated with traditional MSO’s and Dish and DirecTV satellite/network communication delivery systems.
The IPTV Sales Engineer is directly responsible for a client facing IPTV Network Engineering evaluation and consulting to assist the sales team with pre and post sales endeavors.
